Whether it’s dealing with the Police, the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, or even your own lawyer, the unfortunate reality is that many times, individuals are treated as mere case numbers.

However, I view each person as a unique human being experiencing a significant amount of stress, apprehension, or even anger due to wrongful accusations.  Just as every individual is different, every case and situation are distinct as well.

My approach, along with every member of my team, involves gathering all the facts, meticulous attention to every detail, and acquiring every available piece of information related to the issue at hand.  From there, we develop the necessary strategies to address each challenge step by step.  Sometimes, the solution lies in presenting the prosecutor with details that contradict or mitigate the information provided by the police or the accuser.  In other cases, a favorable resolution can be achieved through skillful negotiation. In more complex scenarios, it may be necessary to invest time in the discovery process, examining all evidence to be challenged during pre-trial suppression hearings, aiming for a resolution without the need for a trial.
